Add Your Own Photo
Want to add a photo? You can send us a photo for scanning and we will return it to you with your order. If you already have the photo scanned, or have a digital photo, you can upload the photo to our system once you have your order number (an upload photo form is available after the order is placed and from the order screen). If you are going to upload the photo, please use the following guidelines:
- Don't crop the photo, we will do that to fit the product you order
- If the photo is scanned, please make sure the file has a resolution of 150 dpi or greater
- If the photo is a digital photo, please send the "native" or camera generated file
- We can use tiff (tif), jpeg (.jpg), Photoshop (.psd), Corel PhotoPaint (.cpt), CorelDraw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), and most Camera Raw Files
- If the photo is a professional photo, we will need a photographers release to use the photo
Add Your Own Artwork
Want to add your own artwork? Similar to a photo, you can send us your artwork for scanning and we will return it to you with your order. If your artwork is digital, you can upload it to our system once you have your order number. If you are going to upload the artwork, please use the following guidelines:
- Send the file in the highest resolution possible
- If the artwork will cover the entire product, please make sure there is a 1/4" bleed on all sides
- We can use tiff (tif), jpeg (.jpg), Photoshop (.psd), Corel PhotoPaint (.cpt), CorelDraw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
- If the artwork is copyrighted, we will need a copyright release to use the photo
