How do I Order?

Just follow these two easy steps to complete your order

Via one of the following methods

Online Order Form: Select your desired design(s) and add them to your cart. Then checkout using our secure checkout. The information will be sent directly to us, and we will contact you via E-mail with the final cost and an image file. 

E-mail:  Use the orders contact address and enter the above information.

Regular Mail:  Enter the information above and mail it with your payment to:

2.  Provide us with your payment via

Check or Money Order: Please make your check or money order payable to Favorite Announcements and mail to:

If sending payment via overnight mail, please be sure to put a 'waiver' on the 'signature required' portion of the air bill since someone isn't always available to sign for packages. Orders paid for by check are held for 10 business days until the check clears.

Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express: You can enter your credit card information on our secure order form or you can call us at (916) 771-9151 to provide us with your credit card number, expiration date, CVS Code, and billing information.

Please note: All orders are processed in US dollars.

 

 
  What Happens Next

What Happens Next

After your order is received (via online order form, e-mail, or regular mail), a confirmation and proof of your order is e-mailed to the e-mail address provided. This proof is an exact image of how your order will be printed. Please take the time to verify the design layout, spelling of names, color choices, sizing, and please check for typographical errors.  We will not print until we have received your OK via e-mail, phone, or mail. 

If there are any changes that need to be made to the image file, we will make the modifications and send you a new image file to proof.  Please note: we do not print until we receive your approval. If changes need to be made after the order has been printed, we will gladly reprint your order but must charge another printing charge equal to the full price less 25%.  Once your order has been approved for printing, it will be printed, processed, and mailed out within 7 business days (most orders are mailed within 48 hours of approval). 

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail from our facility in Roseville, California. The confirmation you receive after your order has been accepted will contain a quote of your order total. You can upgrade your shipping to Express Mail (1 to 2 day delivery) for an additional fee (Express Mail delivery is available for orders shipped to the US only).

We rely on common carriers to handle the delivery of our product, so once the order is mailed, we have no control over how long it takes to arrive.  With Priority Mail, most orders arrive in 2-3 days, but it is not uncommon for orders to take up to a week or longer (APOs can take up to a month).  With Express Mail delivery, most orders are delivered 1 to 2 days after they are shipped.

The products we offer are highly customized for each customer. We make every effort to guarantee you are happy with your order through the following procedures:

  • Detailed order form to capture the desired designs and customizations
  • An image proof mailed to the user before anything is printed
  • Required approval of the image proof and order information before the order is printed
  • Verification of the address and Payment information before the order is shipped
  • Monitor carrier until the product is delivered

Since this process relies heavily on the interaction between our staff and the customer, it is imperative we have an e-mail address that is valid and is checked often.

We value the relationship with our customers and have established policies to protect your information while using our site. In addition we have policies on how your information is used and stored. The following outlines some of the policies related to the order process:

Our site, customfavors.com, uses advanced encryption technologies to secure your data when transferring or receiving customer data from your browser. Any page on our site that handles sensitive information, such as customer billing information and credit card information, is securely encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This functionality is identified by the blue lock logo at the bottom of our pages.

Customer Information
The information you provide will only be used to process your order.  We will not sell any of our customer names or contact information at any time, and we will not use your e-mail address for spamming or unsolicited mail.  Your e-mail address is only used to communicate with you about your order, questions, proofs, confirmations, etc. 

Site Visitor Information and Use of Cookies Cookies are small bits of information that are stored on a visitor's local computer and are used to personalize the visitor's site experience. Our site uses cookies to record session information (for instance the shopping cart) and browser types to allow the site to display properly. The cookies do not contain any personal information and expire when you leave the site.

Customized Designs and Uploaded Images
The electronic form of all images used in the design of wrappers becomes the property of Favorite Announcements and may be used in the advertising of our product in both electronic (web) and print (brochures) form.  Personal information (statistics) will not be used.  If you do not wish to have your personal photographs used, please let us know when you order.
